Companii precum Borsec, Murflatar, Philips România sau Albalact vor putea utiliza stema regală, în calitate de furnizori ai Casei Regale a României.
Și asta pentru că denumirea de „Furnizor al Casei Regale” a fost înregistrată ca marcă, la Oficiul de Stat pentru Invenții și Mărci (OSIM), de către reprezentanții Casei Regale.
Marca are inclusă stema regală stilizată. Astfel, înregistrarea mărcii la OSIM ii permite Casei Regale să organizeze și să controleze în mod precis modalitatea în care este utilizată stema regală de către furnizorii săi.
De asemenea, prin deținerea certificatului de marcă OSIM, Casa Regală va putea impune retragerea acestei embleme în baza legii mărcilor, dacă utilizarea nu este conformă cu înțelegerea inițială.
„Am reușit să obținem certificatul de marcă OSIM pentru marca înregistrată a Casei Regale — Furnizor al Casei Regale. Acordarea acestuia a fost refuzată anterior de Oficiu, de accea am ales să obținem prima dată protecția stemei regale în fața Oficiului de Mărci Comunitare din Spania, OHIM. Succesul este o bucurie atât pentru echipa noastră, cât și pentru clienții noștri pe care suntem onorați că i-am reprezentat”, a precizat Paul Cosmovici, fondatorul firmei de consultanță și proprietate intelectuală care s-a ocupat de procesul de înregistrate, citat de agerpres.ro.
